Rules
There are only a few of them, so please obey them :)

SUBMISSIONS
  • Three deviations per week.
    • Not that you can break this rule, but it's here so you know. This is to reduce the onslaught of submissions our members get; a large number of submissions tends to scare of people who look through them, thus lowering peoples chances of getting noticed.
      • Be wise in how you submit your deviations; you can submit all in a single day, or spread them out during the week. Once you hit your limit, you'll have to wait.
  • Submit to the correct folder.
    • There is a little set to how you submit your deviation: Media comes before Subject. That is, the media you use to create the deviation (literature, photography, drawing) decides which folder it goes into primarily. No matter what your subject is, if it's a photograph, then it will always go into the photography folder.
      • The only exception to this rule are:
i.) sculptures, because they cannot be scanned and
ii.) traditional drawings that are taken with a camera, because the image wasn't meant to be a professional photograph.
  • Don't submit WIPs, memes, linearts, templates, refsheets, quick sketches, Adopts, advertising for art sales, Journals, etc.
    • We're aiming to increase your artistic status in the deviantART community, and we want to showcase your best work.
      • The ONLY exception to this rule is if the WIP is of such quality it doens't really look like a WIP. And that's my choice; no one elses. If you think your WIP is up to standard, feel free to submit it, but don't be surprised if I don't think it's good enough.
  • Don't submit photos of yourself.
    • This is not myspace. I don't want to see suggestive photos of women in my group, so I'm not allowing them. Unless the photo is manipulated, or it's not just you lying half naked on your bed, or standing half naked in front of a mirror, then I'm not going to allow them.

  • Finally, be polite and courteous to everyone.
    • This needs very little explanation, because this is simply common courtesy.
      • If I catch you breaking this particular rule, then I will kick you. You were taught about manners when you were five, so you should implement them now.

SLIGHT RULE ADJUSTMENT!
  • Humans with superhero/superhuman powers still go in the humans folder.
    • IE; beings like Mages, Superheros, etc- if it looks 100% human, it goes in the human folder!
      • Things that shouldn't go in there still includes characters who are elves, have animal parts, wings, etc. If you can't find it on someone you walk by on a day to day basis, it probably belongs in humanoids!

This is probably a silly question but to be on the safe side I shall ask ^^

Is a practice like this allowed anywhere here? It's not a tutorial, it's just the results of me practicing my own skills but it's just the wing of a dragon so I don't know if that is too little or if it's okay.

Dragon Wing Practice
